CONFLICT MANAGEMENT
Afternoon Session 13.30 – 16:30
In this afternoon session, we focus on practical ways to handle conflicts constructively.
- Learn constructive conflict management in practice
- Learn how to reach a solution when a conflict occurs.
- Being enable to see beyond right and wrong.
- Learn effective communication to avoid conflicts.
